refund policy

Last Updated: [10/12/2024]

At Ballroom Feed, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our students. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for online dance classes, courses, and events.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted under specific conditions, outlined below. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within the appropriate time frame and meet the criteria specific to the type of service purchased.

2. Refunds for Subscription Services

Subscription services offer ongoing access to our online dance classes and content on a monthly or yearly basis. The following refund rules apply to our subscription services:

Free Trials

  • If your subscription includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

  • Cancellation Before Trial Ends: If you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will not be charged, and your subscription will terminate immediately. No refunds are applicable since no payment was taken.

  • Failure to Cancel Before Trial Ends: If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, the subscription fee for the next billing cycle will be automatically charged. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred if the trial is not canceled in time.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. This means you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid month, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused days within the month.

  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for monthly subscriptions after the billing period has started.

  • Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

Yearly Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your yearly subscription at any time. However, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current yearly billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the year.

  • Automatic Renewal: Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. No refunds will be provided for renewals once they are processed.

Upgrades and Downgrades

  • If you choose to upgrade your subscription from a monthly to a yearly plan, the upgrade will take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of your monthly plan.

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds or credits will be given for the remaining time in the current plan.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at ballroomfeed@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

4. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Digital Products: Any digital downloads, pre-recorded classes, wedding choreographies or online courses once they have been accessed.

  • Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical issues on your side, including internet connectivity, device compatibility, or platform access. Please ensure your system meets the necessary requirements before purchasing.

7. Non-Refundable Services

All sales for personalized services, such as private dance lessons, choreography sessions, or customized programs, are final and non-refundable.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect when updates are made.
